This page explains what Futurelink Solutions stores in your browser when you visit futurelinksolution.com, why, and how to refuse it. It covers both the GDPR, because we are established in Ireland, and the LGPD, because we operate in Brazil.
Strictly necessary storage
We store your chosen market and language so the site opens in the right one next time. This is kept in your browser, is not sent to us, and cannot be switched off without breaking the site. It is not used to identify you.
Measurement and advertising
When you accept, we load Google tags to measure how the site is used and to attribute advertising campaigns. Until you accept, these are not loaded at all, and no measurement cookie is written.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not run third-party advertising networks on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors beyond the aggregated measurement described above.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement; it does not delete measurements already aggregated.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the LGPD you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. In Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission; in Brazil it is the ANPD.

The first two are not cookies: they are stored in your browser and never sent to us. The last two are cookies set by Google, and only exist if you accepted.
